Senior Residential Support Worker - WestburySalary: £29,496 - £32,200 (DOE)Full-time, Rota Pattern
A well-regarded children's home in Westbury is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join their team on a full-time, rota basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real, lasting difference in children's lives while stepping into a leadership role.

Key Requirements
* Aged 22+ (Ofsted requirement)
* NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
* 2+ years' experience in residential childcare
* Full manual driving licence
