Audit Assistant Manager or their Perth office

As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will:
* Take ownership of a portfolio of audit clients, managing engagements with minimal supervision
* Support the delivery of revenue and profitability targets
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Mentor and develop junior team members, helping them grow in their careers
Key Responsibilities
* Lead audits from planning to completion, including close-out meetings
* Review accounts and provide advice for more complex audit clients
* Manage and guide audit teams, providing both technical support and day-to-day guidance
* Collaborate with partners and fellow managers on audit planning and staff resourcing
What We're Looking For
* Strong working knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP
* ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualified
* Experience auditing clients across a variety of industries
* Proven experience coaching and mentoring junior auditors
