We’re recruiting on behalf of our client in Keighley for an evening Call Centre Operative to join their friendly, fast-paced team.
Key responsibilities:
• Answer an influx of inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Record call details and outcomes clearly
• Maintain excellent standards of customer service
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
Ideal candidate:
• Call centre/inbound call experience – essential
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused
• Able to commit to shift pattern
