What you’ll do
* Manage complex employment cases (unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy)
* Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and court proceedings
* Advise across sectors: public, education, healthcare, transport, manufacturing
* Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development
About you
* 6+ PQE, qualified in England & Wales
* Strong technical employment law knowledge
* Confident, client-focused, and experienced with claimant/union work
