Role: Guest Service Assistant
Our Guest Service Assistants are responsible for ensuring every guest receives a safe, outstanding experience. This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager and is based at our hotel in Lincoln LN1 1YW.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the hotel in achieving brand and company metrics and objectives.
2. Building and developing relationships with guests, assessing their needs, and adapting your approach accordingly.
3. Recognizing and appreciating repeat guests, priority members, and VIPs.
4. Following SOPs to ensure consistent hospitality for all guests.
5. Maintaining high product and service knowledge about all IHG hotels in the region and promoting the hotel, products, services, and IHG to guests.
Beyond these duties, you'll embody our company values and culture, ensuring service excellence remains our top priority.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role and a passion for outstanding customer service are preferred. The ability to anticipate guest needs and comfort with technology, including MS Office, is highly desirable.
