Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, Exeter, 2+ PQE, GBP 40,000 to GBP 55,000. The firm is seeking a bright, enthusiastic, computer literate Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Residential Property department. You will be working in a busy Conveyancing team as a fee earner, covering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy‑to‑let/investment properties. Responsibilities
You will be confident managing your own caseload, possessing strong communication skills and inspiring confidence with clients, keeping a cool head under pressure, performing work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm's risk management procedures, building and maintaining a network of contacts and referrers. You will be working in a busy Conveyancing team as a fee earner, covering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy‑to‑let/investment properties.
Qualifications
Must be qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, or an experienced Conveyancing Executive for this role.
