The Opportunity As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for the pastry section, supporting the senior team in delivering consistently high standards across: Fine dining desserts Brasserie puddings Afternoon tea items Petits fours and event/buffet pastries You’ll work closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to refine techniques, contribute ideas, and ensure pastry plays a standout role in the overall offering.
