Digital Tourism Business / Management Consultant - UK contract, Middle East client
Background in Digital Business Consultancy (definition/documentation/presentation)
Experience in Travel & Hospitality industry is a bonus
Experience working within the Middle East (UAE or KSA preferred)
UK/remote based, with ability to travel (trips no longer than 1-2 weeks, planned ad-hoc, 3-4 trips/year)
Define, agree, and mobilise Digital Tourism Target Operating Model.
Define Tourism's digital Services Assurance Integration and Management Framework (Strategy, Design, Build, Run).
Implement Governance Framework & Structures for:
* Change, Configuration, and Control Body
* Partner Integration Framework
* Acceptance into Service Framework
* Issues & Requests Management
Define Tourism's digital support model and framework for seamless visitor experience and support services.
Define high-level Capability and Maturity Model for Digital Tourism.
Define and publish the Common Framework to align Business and IT.
Define the Visitor Care strategy, digital toolsets, and stand-up Visitor Care.
Define the Digital Communications strategy & requirements across the Framework.
Support development of a business case (cost elements, vendor quotes) and statements of work for tendering services and budgeting.
