Job Title: Compliance Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking an interim compliance professional to assist with critical project work over the next 3-4 months. This position is within a leading financial services organisation based in central London.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct and lead compliance monitoring reviews, including planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting.
2. Provide advice on regulatory developments and assist in implementing related actions.
3. Follow up on compliance findings and oversee the completion of actions.
4. Provide subject-matter expertise on product governance frameworks under PROD 3, COLL, and Consumer Duty.
5. Review and challenge product proposals and product change documentation.
6. Support second-line review of the established Assessment of Value (AoV) process.
7. Contribute to Consumer Duty reviews, ensuring compliance with outcomes testing, management information, and governance expectations.
8. Advise on regulatory implications of fund changes, including mergers, closures, and share class changes.
9. Contribute to Compliance management information, reporting to governance committees, and preparing Board-level packs.
10. Provide regulatory input into business projects and initiatives as required.
Essential Skills
11. Experience in compliance, risk management, and AML.
12. Understanding of regulatory compliance and regulations.
13. Proficiency in Consumer Duty, quality assurance, and reporting.
14. Detail-oriented with experience in financial services and asset management.
15. Strong skills in risk analysis.
