Role Overview
As a Roblox UGC Fashion Designer, you'll be instrumental in designing and developing original avatar clothing and accessories. Your creations will enhance our branded experiences and contribute to our presence in the Roblox Avatar Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and model high-quality 3D clothing and accessories aligned with brand aesthetics and Roblox standards.
* Develop layered clothing items compatible with Roblox's avatar systems.
* Collaborate with creative directors, developers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute fashion items.
* Stay updated on Roblox UGC trends and community preferences to inform design decisions.
* Ensure all designs comply with Roblox's UGC guidelines and policies.
Requirements
* Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender or Maya.
* Experience with texturing tools like Substance Painter or Adobe Photoshop.
* Strong understanding of Roblox's UGC system and Avatar Marketplace.
* Creative flair with a keen eye for fashion trends and virtual aesthetics.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience designing UGC items for Roblox.
* Familiarity with Roblox Studio and its development environment.
* Portfolio showcasing relevant 3D fashion designs or UGC creations
