Main Responsibilities Include: Processing and maintaining customer orders accurately Preparing quotations and shipping documents/reports Organising transport and collections Managing despatches and invoicing Performing credit insurance checks when required Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment Responding to customer enquiries and providing regular updates Maintaining customer records and supporting credit control tasksSkills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a Sales Administration role Knowledge of logistics/export procedures (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and ability to multi-task Confident working independently and within a team Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Basic maths knowledge Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.Interested?
