What you'll do:
* Deliver month-end and year-end reporting, including management accounts, KPIs, and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Support cashflow forecasting, treasury, and working capital management.
* Ensure strong internal controls and HMRC compliance, including VAT
* Partner with operational teams, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.
* Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes, and reporting.
