If you are offered the Room Leader (Senior Early Years Practitioner) role, you will receive a £1,000 recruitment bonus after successfully completing your 3‑month probation period.
We are looking for inspirational Room Leaders to join Acorn at our 18 nurseries across Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. These full‑time roles work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern from 7:15 am to 6:15 pm. When you apply, we will consider the nearest suitable nursery to you.

Responsibilities
You will provide high‑quality care and learning experiences, create a stimulating and enabling environment that encourages children to explore, discover and develop a love of learning, and build strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child's individual needs.
Qualifications
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 6 or a graduate‑level qualification would be desirable).
• Experience working in an Early Years setting and a good knowledge of the EYTS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Genuine enthusiasm for outdoor learning and creative play.
• Previous experience leading a room or mentoring a team is desirable, as this role includes supporting and motivating colleagues and occasionally deputising for the management team.
