The vacancy At Bromford we believe health and safety should empower, not hinder, our success. It's central to protecting our colleagues, our customers, and the communities we serve - and we're committed to embedding a culture where safety is a shared responsibility, not a box-ticking exercise. We're on a mission to become a leading example of best practice in health and safety, and we're looking for a passionate, experienced health and safety manager to help us get there. Join Bromford, part of BromfordFlagship, and become part of a leading housing provider delivering community-focused services across the Midlands and South West - all backed by the scale and ambition of the BromfordFlagship group. You'll offer clear, constructive advice to colleagues at all levels - from frontline teams to senior leadership - using data and insight to influence decision-making and drive performance. The closing date is 31st August 2025 with first stage interviews taking place on 5th September.
