Our client, a leading Professional Body, is seeking a Professional Qualifications Team Coordinator (Maternity Cover). membershipbespoke remains the only specialist recruitment organisation in the UK, which offers a dedicated service tailored to the needs of Trade Associations, Unions, Professional and Regulatory Bodies.
About the Role
This role is integral to supporting the Professional Qualifications team in delivering strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
* Provide essential administrative support to the team and assist in meetings.
* Manage documents, operational plans, and risk registers.
* Organise internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
* Collaborate with HR on recruitment and induction processes.
* Deliver excellent customer service during peak activity periods.
Qualifications
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior experience in administrative or coordination roles within a professional body or higher education provider.
Required Skills
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: £29,450, 35 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays), Pension contribution of 8% with a requirement for a personal contribution of at least 2%, plus matching of additional voluntary contributions of up to an additional 2%, Private healthcare scheme, Death in service cover of 3.5 times your annual pensionable, Income protection salary, Agile and Hybrid working.
