FM Conway is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Aggregate and Asphalt division and play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our asphalt manufacturing plants. As our Maintenance Engineer you will perform a multi-skilled role, carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance, supporting plant operations, and contributing to continuous improvement and future planning where applicable.
Responsibilities
* Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance to support the reliability and efficiency of asphalt manufacturing plants.
* Support plant operations to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and future planning for maintenance activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in multi-skilled maintenance, with electrical and mechanical competencies.
* Ability to work in a manufacturing/plant environment and support operational needs.
