Join the Bazaar team to be part of building a new, tailormade ultra-affordable shopping experience for customers in India.
As the fees & pricing program leader, you will own a critical charter to ensure we can deliver on Bazaar's “crazy low prices” promise. You will own building and scaling programs that measure price compeitivness for Bazaar, build levers that drive the right price perception for Bazaar and keep tabs on how customer's ultra-low ASP price preferences continue to evolve. Additionally, you will own an innovation charter to identify structural opportunities to lower Bazaar's cost to serve (across various levers) to be able to afford offering lower prices.
This is a great generalist role that will be at the forefront of defining and evolving the Bazaar business strategy. You'll get to closely work with all functions across category, operations, finance, logistics, product and more as you bring together various stakeholder perspectives to build multiple pricing/fees/cost-to-serve programs for Bazaar.
This is a fantastic ground-floor opportunity in a program that's scaling rapidly. The role presents equal and simultaneous opportunities to think big and deep-dive into details, analytical decision-making and managing senior stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
• Build and execute multiple pricing/fees/cost-to-serve programs for Bazaar
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch programs
• Own program strategy, execution, stakeholder management and reporting
• Analyze program performance and implement data-driven improvements
• Develop scalable processes for program operations and growth

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in program management, business operations, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience in build and scaling large programs, preferrably related to shopping, customer experience or ecommerce
- P&L management
- Generalist experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions
- Proficiency in analytics and SQL
- Background in process improvement
