Responsibilities
* Be a dedicated and empathetic Registered Manager with experience in a children's residential setting, including a proven track record with Ofsted and experience managing a team.
* Build rapport with children, demonstrate resilience and commitment to their wellbeing.
* Lead in a trauma-informed, child-centred environment and support staff development; work with a compassionate organisation that provides bespoke residential homes for young people who have experienced difficult starts in life.
Qualifications & Development
* Minimum Level 3 in Children and Young People\'s Workforce; Level 5 in Leadership and Management (achieved or working towards); progression opportunities with access to continued Level 5 and mentoring/guidance from senior leadership staff. Dual and Regional Managers roles could be available in the future.
* Experience in Years Required: At least 2 years as a Manager in a Children\'s Residential Setting within the last 5 years.
