The Role
Terra Measurement are looking for a skilled Geospatial Surveyor (Land & Engineering Surveyor) to join us at our office in Alfreton (DE55) (with travel across the UK.)
You will deliver high-quality surveys from field to final deliverable, using the latest survey equipment and processing software. Your work will support engineering, conservation, design and construction projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out Topographical, Measured Building, and Engineering Surveys across varied sites and sectors.
* Using cutting edge survey equipment and techniques including GNSS, total stations, digital levels, 3D laser scanners, and UAVs (where qualified).
* Processing data and producing 2D/3D CAD Drawings and 3D Models using CAD and specialist software to high standards.
* Following and using industry standard best practice methodologies, including QA, safety, and data management procedures.
* Working solo or in teams to deliver outstanding results, sometimes involving travel and overnight stays.

The Person
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Land/Engineering/Topographical Surveying.
* Strong skills in data capture methods and survey control.
* Competence using CAD and survey processing software (e.g. N4ce, LSS, AutoCAD).
* A meticulous eye for quality and detail.
* A UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
* Good communication, time management, and a proactive attitude.
