SENIOR DATA ANALYST – 12-MONTH MATERNITY COVER
LONDON – HYBRID – 2 days a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

THE ROLE
As a Senior Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Conduct deep-dive analysis into marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
* Assess campaign effectiveness (e.g. promotions, experiments) and measure both immediate and long-term impact
* Extract, manipulate, and join data using SQL (Snowflake, dbt)
* Create clear, engaging dashboards in Tableau (or similar)
* Track and report marketing KPIs (CAC, retention rates, channel ROI)
* Spot trends, risks, and opportunities proactively
* Collaborate with UK and global teams to ensure best practice and shared learning
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 5+ years in analytics, ideally in marketing, growth, or e-commerce
* Advanced SQL skills and ideally experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau (or similar)
* Strong grasp of marketing metrics
* Excellent communication skills to translate complex analysis into simple insights
* Proactive, curious, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
