We are the team behind Channel 4's Comedy YouTube Channel 'A Comedy Thing', as well as 4.0 The Snake, BBC's RANKED, Match For Hope as well as many other brands and broadcasters.
We are looking for a brilliantly talented and resourceful Junior Creative Producer to join our team and grow with us.
We are looking for a talented and proactive individual who will be supporting across the entire creative process including ideating, developing, directing and creating content across our plethora of clients. Being able to multitask, hit tight turnaround deadlines and work closely with production are all fundamental skills within this role. Our ideal candidate will love digital content and a willingness to
understand how our digital world works.
In this role you support projects from conception to completion. The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work as part of a team are essential for this role.
This role is perfect for digitally native junior producer or TV AP's/Researchers wanting to make the move into digital.
What will you be doing?
* You'll be supporting pitching and developing new ideas that will work for SWS portfolio
* You will work closely with production who will lead the practical execution of the ideas.
* You'll creatively support projects, taking advice from the Senior Creative Producer, CP and Co-founders to shape the piece. This includes everything from talent suggestions, to script writing, storyboards, location choices, casting, feeding into set design, props and anything else requiring creative input
* You'll learn to edit produce – working with an editor to craft the final deliverables for all platforms.
* You'll learn about packaging and activation - you know how to make a social video fly
* You'll creatively steer thumbnails
* You're able to work independently across multiple projects at different stages including; concept development,directing, scripts and edits.
* You'll enjoy bouncing off a team – sharing ideas and working together to make the best content for a youth audience.
What do you need to have done before?
* A thorough knowledge and understanding of social media platforms is essential.
* You will be able to demonstrate superb planning skills, and the ability to manage several projects at one time. You'll know how to prioritise your workload and deliver to a deadline.
