Job Introduction
We’re looking for a proactive and brand‑savvy Field Based Marketing Manager to champion the Modern Recipe brand across our sites. In this role, you’ll lead the deployment of marketing standards, deliver seasonal campaigns, and drive performance through strategic brand planning. Main Responsibilities
* Deliver the annual brand plan for Modern Recipe to drive sales/margin targets:
o Implement marketing and promotional activities across online and offline channels to drive business growth (e.g. GP, ATV, patronage numbers).
o Monitor Modern Recipe’s financial and non‑financial performance using the sales dashboard, competitor, consumer & client feedback to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
o Share best practice and learnings from each project to our network of global brand owners to support brand evolution.
* Execute Seasonal Refreshes and Limited Time Offer Campaigns:
o Collaborate with culinary and creative teams to showcase new product development and campaign activity within the customer journey to drive category penetration and margin.
o Work with Food To Go and Retail Packaged Goods brand managers to align new product and packaging development with brand guidelines and Modern Recipe ethos.
o Support photo and video shoots of new product development or innovation for sales or deployment marketing collateral.
o Assist with price laddering & banding recommendations to drive margin through F&B capture rate and SPH growth.
o Manage and update the recipe and product matrix.

Ideal Candidate
* Professional experience in food or the hospitality industry.
* Strong brand and commercial marketing background.
* B2C marketing experience across all channels.
* Experience in brand development and driving profitable sales in retail or hospitality.
* Customer‑centric and highly commercial.
* Passion for food and café culture within the UK and globally.
* Experience working with multi‑cultural teams or environments.
* Strong time‑management skills; ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Must have a “can‑do” attitude and approach.
Package Description
£49,600–£57,700 per annum plus bonus.
