Working within the Operations Department, the Admissions team are responsible for providing a professional service to comply with admitting and onboarding programme members. We are committed to high standards in our work to ensure our applicants meet the programme requirements. Admissions Officers manage post-offer processes and compliance for Teach First programmes, supporting successful cultivation onto the programme. You will manage the offer and onboarding processes for candidates. Your role will support and deliver a key part of the candidate journey between applying and starting their programme.
1. Can you analyse issues and implement solutions, escalating as appropriate and adapting outputs accordingly. Previous experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships?
2. Do you have exceptional relationship building skills; the ability to nurture effective relationships to benefit the team and organisation?
3. Can you demonstrate high levels of literacy with Salesforce and Excel. Proficient in creating salesforce reports, dashboards and Excel spreadsheets to manage large data sets?
4. Can you effectively manage high volume processes as well as design new processes and make recommendations for change?
5. Are you an efficient, task-focused individual with an eye for detail. The ability to be flexible and adapt to unexpected changes in priorities and tasks?

Advertised Salary, London Weighting Allowance and Annual Leave entitlement are FTE. They will be pro-rata'd for part time and fixed term positions.
