Senior National Account Manager

Banbury, Oxfordshire (Hybrid)

We’re now looking for a Senior National Account Manager to join our talented sales team and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing customer strategy across key accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to influence business growth and build lasting partnerships within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Deliver supplier objectives in line with Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
* Develop a deep understanding of customer operations — from KPIs and portfolios to shopper behaviours.
* Own and execute customer strategies, ensuring strong alignment on volume and value forecasts.
* Manage and track investment budgets, invoices, and claims with precision and accuracy.
* Influence range, distribution, and category performance through data-led decision-making.
* Monitor EPOS data and competitor activity to identify opportunities and drive performance.
* Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for relevant product categories.


Key Tasks

* Exceed DCS sales and margin targets across your customer base.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow market share and brand presence.


About You

* Results-oriented with developing leadership capability and commercial acumen.
* A proactive, initiative-driven mindset with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in category management, forecasting, and Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insight.
* Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
