About the Computer Repair Technician Role:

 Working hours are Monday to Friday, flexible start times
 * 
 £26K per annum, depending on experience
 * 
 Temporary role to start, with potential to become permanent
 * 
 Based in Dorcan, Swindon
 * 
 Electronics training will be provided
 * 
 Role to start ASAP
Duties for the Computer Repair Technician Role:
 * 
 Working in the Repair Centre you will be assisting with testing, diagnostics & replacing / repairing faulty components
 * 
 PAT testing
 * 
 Liaising with Tech Agents requesting specification information of PC's / laptops
 * 
 Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
 * 
 Perform computer networking tasks, including setting up and maintaining network connections
 * 
 Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble and disassemble computer systems
Experience / Skills Required for the Computer Repair Technician Role:
 * 
 Previous experience with laptops and pcs needed with a willingness to learn
 * 
 Knowledge of Gaming Laptop / PC's
 * 
 Effective communication skills to provide technical information / support to end-users
