What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting existing partners through onboarding, training, and exceptional customer service
* Actively recruiting new partners and identifying fresh opportunities for collaboration
* Driving partner engagement to boost activations, retention, and sales performance
* Planning your territory effectively to meet business targets and sustainability goals
* Attending trade shows, conferences, and events to expand brand awareness
* Staying on top of market trends and delivering timely, insightful reporting
* Leading engaging partner training sessions while upholding FCA compliance
* Working towards clearly defined KPIs that reflect Agria\'s industry-leading standards
What We're Looking For
* A passionate advocate for animal welfare with experience in the UK rehoming sector
* A field sales pro with a proven track record in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments
* A skilled relationship builder with strategic thinking and a drive for growth
* Deep knowledge of pet health, welfare, and related industry networks
* Tech-savvy and highly organised with CRM proficiency and Microsoft 365 skills
* Energetic, resilient, and flexible with a positive, can-do attitude
* Someone who lives within the territory and can represent Agria with professionalism and purpose
