We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join our property team in Malvern, with a strong background in residential and/or commercial property matters. This role would suit a confident practitioner capable of managing matters with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to the wider success of the team.
The role will involve:
* Managing a caseload of property matters from instruction through to completion
* Providing a high standard of client care and acting as a trusted point of contact
* Drafting, reviewing, and progressing property documentation
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Supporting and, where appropriate, mentoring more junior team members
* Contributing to the efficient running and development of the property practice
About you:
* Qualified Legal Executive with solid experience in property law
* Comfortable handling files independently and managing competing priorities
* Commercially aware, detail-focused, and client-oriented
* Able to work collaboratively within a small, professional team and in our Malvern office
