What you will do:
* As Business Development Support you will be responsible for providing internal pay out support to our Business Development colleagues and Customers, creating a positive experience
* You will liaise with internal and external colleagues, introducers, suppliers and customers, providing technical support and advice on how to structure deals safely.
* Supporting internal and external colleagues and customers with documentation queries and the preparation of documentation.
* Work to find solutions for non-standard deals that enable the successful completion of a file without increasing risk
* Package deals for pay out and ensure all procedures and requirements associated with the payment of deals is fully met
* Ensure all files are accurate and therefore maximize an efficient process of payments to Suppliers & Broker's commissions

What you will need:
* You need to be efficient, highly accurate and have an eye for detail as well as delivering fist class customer service
* You will be experienced in building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
* Organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across your workload
* A good understanding of asset finance, ideally you will have some experience in checking, processing and paying out asset finance deals
* Knowledge of the industry standard documentation and the various associated risks
* An understanding of the UK Asset Finance market
