Bradcare is a well-established domiciliary care agency committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care in the community. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Internal Recruiter to join our team to support the recruitment and onboarding of exceptional care staff.
Role Summary
The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is a key role that supports the growth and quality of our care team.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage job advertisements across various platforms
Proactively source and screen candidates in line with company needs
Conduct initial telephone interviews and arrange follow-up interviews with management
Coordinate onboarding processes, including collection and verification of documents such as DBS, references, and right to work checks
Maintain accurate records and recruitment tracking systems
Liaise with internal teams to understand staffing requirements and respond promptly to recruitment needs
Ensure recruitment processes comply with CQC and internal quality standards
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within the care or healthcare sector
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competence in using recruitment platforms, email, and Microsoft Office
A professional, proactive, and friendly approach to candidate engagement
Knowledge of safer recruitment practices and relevant compliance checks
