We support adults with disabilities, poor mental health, or those who are isolated, or caring for others. As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals build confidence, get involved in activities, and feel connected – while being part of a friendly, values -led team.
This role suits people of all ages and backgrounds – from school leavers to career changers to those returning to work or semi-retired. No care experience is needed – we'll provide full training and ongoing support.

* Support people on a one-to-one basis to live independently
* Encourage independence and confidence
* Help with hobbies, social activities, or getting out and about
* Promote inclusion, dignity and respect
