The Sales Coordinator, Distributors manages customer queries and supports communication between the sales team and clients.

* Oversee catalogue management.
* Supply test certificates as needed.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and internal teams.
* Participate in product and brand training sessions.
* Deliver excellent customer service to meet productivity and incentive goals.
* Assist with client inquiries regarding products and timelines.
* Attend sales meetings and conference calls as required.
