What's on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible and supportive working environment Opportunity to work on a wide range of residential-led developments Professional development and career progression support The Role: As a Town Planner, you will be involved in all aspects of the planning process, including: Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and supporting statements Providing strategic planning advice to colleagues and external stakeholders Monitoring local plans and identifying development opportunities Managing relationships with local authorities and key consultants Supporting land acquisition and development teams with planning input throughout the project lifecycle About You: RTPI-accredited degree or equivalent qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership 2-4 years' experience within a developer, consultancy, or local authority Strong understanding of residential planning policy and processes Excellent communication and report-writing skills Proactive, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Town Planner to join a successful and collaborative team where your work will directly influence the growth and success of the business.
