Solar PV Installation & Commissioning
Battery Storage / EESS (Design, Install, Safety, Commissioning)
EV Charger Installation & Fault-Finding
Short upskills, practical workshops, and funded bootcamps
Technical mentoring, assessment support, and learner guidanceWhat Were Looking For
Qualified electrician (18th Edition as minimum)
Strong hands-on experience in Solar PV, EESS, and/or EV installations
Confident communicator; ability to coach and pass on trade knowledge
Reliability and flexibility
Q1 demand is high and growing
Willingness to deliver in-centre training 3 days per week (Nursling or Whiteley)What We Offer
