Your role
Support and account manage B2B clients
Take ownership of enquiries
Champion strong customer service and relationships
Coordinate and work closely with internal teams
Work to SLA's and KPI's
Deal with all communication via calls and emails
Management of internal CRM systems
Ideal candidate
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proactive and organised
Strong Customer service experience
B2B experience desirable
Team player
Strong IT skills
Experience of working to KPI's and SLA's
