Maintenance Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our Facilities team here in Caterham


What you'll be doing:

You will help manage Planned Preventative Maintenance carried out by external contractors, while also handling reactive maintenance tasks for the building, including general repairs, alterations, redecoration, and refurbishment work.


Skills & knowledge you'll bring:

Experience in general maintenance, repair or DIY (or similar)

A solid understanding of basic electrics, plumbing, air conditioning, and heating systems

Good communication skills, and able to

A proactive, can-do attitude and a flexible approach

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally at all levels of the business.

Basic knowledge of Facilities recording systems (preferred, but training will be provided where needed)
