Tudor Employment Agency are currently looking for Recycling Operatives to join our well-established client, based in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton (WV10). Our client is a well-established waste management business and requires reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Sort and segregate different types of waste materials, including plastics, paper, glass, metals, and household waste Operate sorting machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Inspect incoming waste materials to ensure compliance with regulations and company guidelines Remove contaminants and non-recyclable items from the waste stream Monitor waste disposal processes to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource recovery Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and quality standards Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry best practices and regulations Ideal Candidate: Hardworking and reliable Able to stand for long periods of time Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg ⏰ Shifts Morning shifts: 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday Afternoon shifts: 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday Hourly Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour How to Apply To be considered for this position or for further information, please contact Gina or Sam on ext 1003 or 1004 or submit your CV to Quote reference: TEAVEOREC/36 Applicants can also register online by clicking the link: https://tinyurl.com/0Referrals For information on all of our roles, please visit:
