Tudor Employment Agency are currently looking for Recycling Operatives to join our well-established client, based in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton (WV10).
Our client is a well-established waste management business and requires reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
* Sort and segregate different types of waste materials, including plastics, paper, glass, metals, and household waste
* Operate sorting machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
* Inspect incoming waste materials to ensure compliance with regulations and company guidelines
* Remove contaminants and non-recyclable items from the waste stream
* Monitor waste disposal processes to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource recovery
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area
* Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and quality standards
* Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry best practices and regulations
Ideal Candidate
* Hardworking and reliable
* Able to stand for long periods of time
* Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
Shifts
* Morning shifts: 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday
* Afternoon shifts: 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday
Hourly Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
