Do you have knowledge of pump and drainage systems within a property maintenance or facilities environment.
Or do you have experience working within facilities management or reactive maintenance?
Our client is busy and now requires an experienced person to manage pump and drainage repairs through planned and reactive maintenance.
You will be the main point of contact for a team of Engineers, internal management and clients.
Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, parking is available.
The role
Coordinate all pump and drainage repairs as well as emergency works
Ensure all works are completed within set timescales and issue works completion reports
Act as a key point of contact between engineers and clients
Prepare and issue PPM quotes and renewals
Adaptable with can do approach
