We are seeking two experienced Chartered Building Surveyors (MRICS) for a 6-month freelance secondment opportunity with a reputable consultancy, embedded within a local authority client in Bath. Role Details
This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary building consultancy known for delivering high-quality service and expertise. You will be seconded into a local authority environment, working across:
* A range of building projects, from maintenance and refurbishment to new developments.
* Professional services such as condition surveys, party wall matters, dilapidations, and defect diagnosis.
* Providing expert advice and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

* MRICS/MCIOB/MCABE Chartered Building Surveyors with proven post-qualification experience.
* Expertise across both project work and professional services.
