WORKING MONDAY – THURSDAY
Responsibilities
 1. Operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components.
 2. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate welding processes.
 3. Perform welding tasks on sheet metal and other materials as required.
 4. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to prepare materials for welding.
 5. Inspect finished welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
 6. Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
 7. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Skills
 8. Proficient in MIG welding techniques with experience in stick welding as an advantage.
 9. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
 10. Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes.
 11. Competent in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
 12. Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks.
 13. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills.
