We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated individual to work as a Clerical Officer. You should have SVQ Level 2 (Pharmaceutical Sciences minimum of one unit) / level 5 SCQF / national 5 or General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) standard of competence for pharmacy support staff.

* Liaise with suppliers to assist in the efficient processing of invoices and credit notes.
* Ensure documentation is completed to ensure timely and accurate payment
* Administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, filing, and maintaining stockholding records
