Benefits:
1. Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per year
2. On target earnings of approximately £40,000 annually
3. Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
4. Flexible Saturday schedules, including every other Saturday off or half days

Duties:
7. Conduct MOT tests in compliance with legal requirements and standards
8. Carry out technical inspections and servicing tasks on a range of vehicles
9. Diagnostics and fault finding to identify necessary repairs
10. Maintain accurate records of work carried out and adhere to safety protocols
11. Liaise with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
12. Assist with additional workshop tasks as required
Requirements:
13. Proven experience as an MOT Tester and Vehicle Technician
14. Valid MOT testing licence and relevant technical qualifications
15. Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and servicing procedures
16. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
17. Good communication skills and a professional attitude
18. Reliable and committed to delivering quality work
