Main duties of the job
Responsible for managing the service's controlled Non-Medical Referrer (NMR) process, including the development and administration of NMR protocols.
Coordinates Radiology Quality and Patient Safety documentation, ensuring timely responses to incidents and complaints.
* Provides administrative support for Business and Governance meetings.
* Monitors care quality trends and reports findings to relevant forums.
* Utilises Microsoft Office tools and utilises own organisational skills to generate reports and track actions from learning outcomes, supporting specialty leads in quality improvement.

Job responsibilities
* Act as a key point of contact for NMR-related enquiries, complaints, and protocol breaches, escalating concerns as appropriate.
* Support Radiology Governance processes, including patient safety incident investigations, complaints, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Provide administrative support for departmental meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
* Administration of department documents such as clinical procedures, protocols and patient information
* Maintain accurate records and databases and produce reports using Microsoft Office and Trust IT systems.
* Contribute to service improvement by monitoring trends, supporting audits, and participating in project work
* Utilise relevant Trust IT systems, as determined by the role, ensure all relevant patient data is collected and input accurately in line with Trust guidelines.
* Continually contribute to patient and business improvement Agendas. Share ideas for potential service improvement
