We are looking for
a fully flexible candidate who is able to work a variety of shifts, working 40 hours per week.
Key Competencies and Duties:
1. Confidently welcome new and regular customers to the Electronic Gaming area.
2. Build ongoing relationships by knowing how to approach and talk to your players.
3. Diligence and drive to ensure impeccable machine standards.
4. Offer full effective assistance when required.
5. Liaise with management and marketing to maximise the operational efficiency of electronic gaming through well thought out, planned promotions.
6. To be fully conversant with policies and procedures and attend relevant training sessions and meetings.
7. Maintain an up to date knowledge of all new games and the bonus features.
8. Support the management team with Responsible Gambling procedures
9. Good communication with customers and your colleagues
Skills and Experience required:
10. Previous Electronic Gaming/Slots experience would be advantageous
11. Team player with a flexible and professional attitude and strong people skills
12. Flexibility towards working hours
