Position Description: WW Studio Coach
Reports To: Area Manager
Location/Department: Studio-based
The WW Studio Coach is dedicated to inspiring members and supporting them on their wellness and weight loss journey. Responsibilities include fostering an inclusive community, facilitating engaging workshops on wellness, weight loss, and healthy habits, and encouraging members to develop sustainable routines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Drive member recruitment and retention, ensuring interactions align with WW brand standards.
2. Deliver excellent member experiences to promote referrals and workshop growth.
3. Engage members using WW tools and social media to support retention and community building.
4. Identify members’ needs through effective questioning and active listening, tailoring recommendations accordingly.
5. Maintain personalized contact outside the studio to encourage ongoing engagement.
Delivering Workshop Experience:
1. Inspire members to adopt healthy habits and celebrate progress with genuine interactions.
2. Create a welcoming environment that fosters community and connection.
3. Build rapport through one-on-one and group interactions, sharing relevant information and tools.
4. Serve as an expert on WW’s methodology, integrating movement, mindset, and nutrition.
5. Personalize experiences, demonstrating flexibility and active listening to understand individual goals.
6. Host interactive workshops, ensuring inclusivity and participation.
7. Connect with waiting members with hospitality and personalized service.
8. Lead the studio team to ensure an excellent member experience.
9. Stay informed on wellness trends and WW’s program offerings.
10. Perform administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Community Involvement:
1. Seek opportunities to build partnerships, attract new members, and raise brand awareness.
2. Act as a WW ambassador at community events.
3. Build strong community connections and support local marketing efforts.
