Salary: £33,074 - £50,470 + SEN Allowance + TLR
Teaching Personnel is recruiting a skilled and passionate Head of Centre to lead a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) at a welcoming and inclusive school in Epsom. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of pupils with SEND and to lead a committed and experienced team.
* Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the SRP.
* Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil progress.
* Develop and implement curriculum plans and assessment frameworks.
* Monitor outcomes, lead interventions, and ensure strong pupil support.
* Line manage and support SRP staff, leading on CPD and performance.
* Maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
* Deliver high-quality teaching and uphold behaviour and safeguarding standards.
Essential:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Leadership experience in a SEND or inclusive setting
* Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
* Effective communication with pupils, staff, and stakeholders
* Proven track record of improving outcomes for pupils with EHCPs
Desirable:
* NASENCo or NPQ qualification
* Experience teaching across key stages
* Mentoring/coaching experience
