Overview
Start date in summer 2026, full time, fixed term for 12 months, fully site based at our London Array Wind Farm, Ramsgate. This opportunity is part of RWE Offshore Wind’s Year in Industry placement, offering insights into offshore wind engineering and project work.
Responsibilities
* Gain valuable knowledge and experience of the engineering tasks that occur at the Wind Farm, Project Management, and Contractor Management.
* Actively support the team with the completion of engineering projects, problem solving, and root cause analysis.
* Embed yourself in an engineering support function within the Offshore Wind business.
Qualifications
* You are enrolled as a student in one of the following degree courses: Engineering or Marine based.
* Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement.
* You have very good verbal and written communication skills.
* You are able to coordinate your own workload and meet tight deadlines.
* You are comfortable working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day.
