The Role
As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment up time and site efficiency through both planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) across production and site equipment
* Respond promptly to breakdowns, fault-find, and implement effective repairs
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults on machinery and control systems
* Mechanical and electrical maintenance on production machines.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with food safety standards
About You
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
* Multi-skilled engineer with a strong electrical bias
* Proven experience within a food manufacturing xjlbheb or FMCG environment
* Strong fault-finding skills in both electrical and mechanical systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards
4 on 4 off blocks of 4 days and 4 nights
£55,426.80 per annum
