Premium Membership Manager
£40-45k + bonus
SW London/Surrey Area
I am working with a leading sports team who are looking to recruit a Premium Membership Manager to join their commercial department.
The role will take a lead on all day to day membership enquiries, servicing and retention of a high-value membership. Looking for someone with previous experience working in the luxury or premium sector across sports or a similar environment.
Responsibilities:
* Management of all enquiries and day to day communications for Memberships
* Onboarding and bringing on new members whilst also trying to upsell and grow current membership accounts
* Work with other departments to create new initiatives, events and ideas to drive membership satisfaction
* Work on match-days as a point of contact for all members and directly in hospitality and premium experience areas
* Oversee and manage all day to day administration duties as well as being a clear communication for face to face and telephone conversations
* Management of budgets
* Organise a range of different events across the year and members club meetings
* Ensure all date and communication is kept up to date on CRM systems and company databases
Candidate Background:
* Experience working with a premium/VIP membership base of product base
* High level of attention to detail and communication skills
* Passion for the live events and sporting industry
* Experience in upselling and growing accounts
* Ability to work event days throughout the calendar year
