What You’ll Be Doing:
* Designing personalised learning journeys that meet individual EHCP targets
* Creating calm, structured environments that support sensory and emotional regulation
* Working side-by-side with skilled support staff, therapists, and families
* Encouraging independence, communication, and self-expression
* Monitoring and celebrating progress in all its forms - academic, social, and personal
* Being a consistent and caring presence in the lives of pupils who need it most
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a background in SEN or inclusive education
* Strong knowledge of SEND teaching strategies and alternative communication approaches
* A creative and proactive mindset
* Emotional resilience and a passion for pupil-centred practice
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
* A genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
