Required Skills & Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Hold a relevant childcare qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education, and have experience working in a nursery setting. Passion for providing high‑quality care and education, combined with a flexible and adaptable approach.
